It's Christmas Time!!!

We made it!  We are over the hump of 60 hour work weeks and looking forward to the challenges of the New Year.  1st challenge:  drumming up business in January.  This cold winter month is notoriously slow for not only restaurants, but catering.  Everyone is trying to recover from the holidays, loose the extra weight and save a little.  Going out to eat and throwing parties are probably the last thing on people's minds.  So how do we go about this???  Anyone have any ideas???
